Twitter. I am a recent convert due to peer group pressure. I've been on it since Friday and despite my best efforts I have become strangely addicted. So in terms of online reading habits this tweeting thing has made a difference. Beforehand my online reading tended to be for reference only. Paradoxically although I am posting this entry I have never been into reading blogs.

  1. I used to Twitter, then I got bored, then I got back into it.
I think basically I'm a bit sick of hearing from Jonathan Ross but can't be bothered working out how to stop following him!
How do you use Twitter - do you follow celebs, or your friends, or both?

  2. hmm yes, the twitter thing - i joined up and was obsessed for about a week and then just got bored... i followed lots of comedians as thought their tweets would at least be amusing but I just seem to have Alan Carr's and Stephen Fry's most uninteresting thoughts tweeted a zillion times a day (although occasionally they are hilarious!)... I prefer facebook because you can do the status update thing AND look at photos. and I'm with Paul - I've never enjoyed reading blogs although am now writing on this one...
